Hi Amandeep!

Let's interpret the graph first.

The x-axis is a five point scale representing a person's opinion on the issue: the point furthest to the left is "strongly against", the next point is "somewhat against", the middle point is "neutral", the second point from the right is "somewhat for" and the point further to the right is "strongly for". (I added the "strongly" and "somewhat"s, but you get the idea!)

The y-axis is how likely a person who indicated that preference is to actually vote the same way. So a Zeta, for instance, who said "Strongly against" has a 70% chance of voting "against" as well.

The points on the graph itself are the members of each party who indicated that preference.

For the first part of the question, the Deltas have the highest likelihood of voting according to their stated preference for ALL five points EXCEPT "strongly against", where they came in second (or thereabouts). So the Deltas are far and away the most consistent.

For the second part of the question, the Zetas -- the question writer really couldn't have thought of another name? -- are the highest of the points to the far left, so they're the most likely to vote according to their stated preference of "Strongly against". (Which you'd expect of the Zetas, I suppose - they know what they don't like!)
