To Whom It May Concern,

I live in the Los Angeles area and your company offers several locations for classes. I have heard some very good reviews about Manhattan GMAT. However I have heard some very bad reviews, particularly about the teaching/facilitation ability of certain instructors. I have a friend who will be switching classes because he is unhappy with the instructor. Given the substantial investment and necessity of earning a good score I would like to ensure that I have the best instructor possible. Do you have instructor evaluations available for review to assist me in choosing a location and instructor? Thanks in advance for your time and response.

Hi,

Thanks for your questions. We do pride ourselves in the quality of our instructors, and we take any negative feedback very seriously. Our instructors go through extensive training and we evaluate feedback from each class to make sure that it continues to be positive. If for any reason it isn't, then our Director of Product and Instructor Development works with them to improve.

That being said, we recognize that our students have different learning styles, and we welcome every student to make his or her own decision on a particular course. For that reason, we offer Free Trials of our classes: you can attend the first course for free without any obligation. To sign up to do this in Los Angeles, just click here: https://www.manhattangmat.com/free-gmat- ... ngeles.cfm .

For more information on our instructors, you can also check out all of our instructor bios here: https://www.manhattangmat.com/gmat-prepa ... -tutor.cfm

And if you would like feedback on a particular instructor, we have a section in our forum devoted to this topic: https://www.manhattangmat.com/forums/ins ... k-f13.html

Thanks for looking into our courses! Let me know if you have any further questions.

Best Wishes,
Caitlin Clay
