Dear miamisaint,

R3 is a tough round for any applicant as the number of seats remaining is low. If you feel you are an above average candidate for INSEAD, then it might be worth applying. However as an international applicant, you will need to verify if there is a specific deadline for international applicants. Many schools have an earlier final deadline for international applicants due to the time to process visas and paperwork. I encourage you to check the INSEAD website and/or contact the admissions office regarding the final date for international applications.
