I'm 32 old Asian(korean) male and working as marketing director and New Product development in IT Telecommunication Company in Korea.
I wanna go to MBA because I feel I have to get more skills and experience about high level strategy building , general management,
Fund raising and internationally interpersonal skills as well..

- My Short term goal : to manage the Multinational firm that has the FMCG

- Long Term goal : to establish and manage my own company that has the valuable products towards the international people..

- The reason to take MBA : not just be a marketing director but to have the experience as the founder and owner of the company, the experiences from fund-raising , organization setting, product development to finance taks.

With thest reasons, I am interested in the following MBA programs:
1) Michigan - Ross
2) Indiana - Kelley
3) Cornell - Johnson
4) Boston College- Carroll

My GMAT Score is 690 (V 34 M 49) and GPA is 3.1

My question is as below.

Q1) When I mentioned 'Why MBA" in Essay, I'm confusing how to express the reason why I do.
If I say, "because I'm lack or weak in that skills that I did not have much involve such as fund raising or HR ", AD Com seem to guess me as a not well organized, not prepared person.
On the other hand, If I say "because I'd already have but want to improve", then they feel "then why don't you keep moving your way? we think you can gain relevant experiences in your job".

What do you think it's the best way and manner to mention my motivation to go to MBA ?


Q2) With my Career goal, the schools that I mentioned are adequates?
And do I stand a chance of getting into?
