One manifestation of the so-called "information-age" is a feedback effect in which, as faster and faster means of access to information are devised, the sheer amount of new information generated grows exponentially.

a. as faster and faster means of access to information are devised

b. by devising ever-increasingly fast access

c. as they devise means of access that are faster and faster

d. as faster and faster access becomes devised

e. as faster and faster means of access is devised
