Option A: Wrong
Not any of. Difference to the question so asked, bears no meaningful addition to the context in whatever form, illogical to have repeated the same words underlined from the original statement.

Option B: Wrong
In the statement, there is confusion as to whether it is an implored statement because it appears a directive from the government in the original statement which means the word ''should'' is a weak verb here, less instructive and lacks energy to carry out the directive.

Option C: Wrong
In this statement, the subject, object, and modifier are not well arranged especially when an article word is used, in this case, ''the'' means it has been aforementioned. It is correct though not correctly put in the best and right format.

Option D: Wrong
This statement bears semblance with that of Option B which detests the choice of the word ''should'' in this case, it is also correct but lacks the same mindset the writer has employed in his/ her sentence construction.

Option E: Right
The choice of the placement of the subject, modifier and object gave this option out as the best in construction, intuition and definition. Very simple for comprehension and grammatically correct.
