Avg value = 100/22 = 4.55
If value goes up 10%, then value of credit card transactions in 2009: 110
# transactions = 20
Avg value = 110/20 = 5.5
% increase = (.95/4.55)*100 = 20.9%. Round up to 21%.
Also, a friendly reminder that, while you could always estimate, the on-screen calculator can be useful in questions like this. (It's very easy to forget that the calculator is an option in IR.)
