IMO D.

"in which" should be used for a period/duration. 'When" for a specific time.
in B typically incorrectly modifies women.

E-Usage of time with in which is wrong

confused between C & D
IMO C because typically is used t to modify time

B> Verb tense error - "have"
C> Typically, during a time when women - Awkward construction and modifier issue. The prepositional phrase is modifying adverb "typically". The adverb "typically" should modify the verb construction "had...".
E> Modifier issue. The prepositional phrase is modifying adverb "typically"
