Number of people who like only A = 400 – (125 + 125 + 75) = 75;
Number of people who like only B = 400 – (125 + 100 + 75) = 100;
Number of people who like only C = 450 – (125 + 100 + 75) = 150;

Number of people surveyed use exactly one of the products = 75 + 100 + 150 = 325

The correct answer: E

Hope this helps!

Solution:

Since 400 people use product A, 400 - 125 - 75 - 125 = 400 - 325 = 75 people use only product A.
Similarly, since 400 people use product B, 400 - 125 - 75 - 100 = 400 - 300 = 100 people use only product B. Finally, since 450 people use product C, 450 - 125 - 75 - 100 = 450 - 300 = 150 people use only product C. Therefore, 75 + 100 + 150 = 325 people use exactly one of the three products.
