GIVEN: 75% women are LEFT handed
This also tells us that 25% women are RIGHT handed

GIVEN: There are 12 right-handed women
Let W = total number of women in the group

So, 25% of W = 12
Rewrite as: 0.25W = 12
Solve: W = 12/0.25 = 48
So, there are 48 women

So, the number of men in the group = 100 - 48 = 52

Answer: B

Since 75% of the women are left-handed, the 12 right-handed women constitute 25% of the women. Letting w = the total number of women, we can create the equation:

0.25w = 12

w = 48, so the number of men is 52.

Answer: B
