The official answer is D .
But I could not understand why.. According to the explanation , ' which had 2100 employees.' refers back to Statkarft . but there is no 'AND ' (parallel marker ) before which to refer back to the subject .Please help me if I missed somthing here.
Thanks in advance

In regard to your question, there is an AND working as a parallel marker in the sentence. The idea in the sentence is that the largest producer was Statkraft, which produced a certain amount of energy of which the majority was hydroelectric AND (INCLUDING ... ENERGI) WHICH HAD 2100 EMPLOYEES. Thus, the sequence is WHICH PRODUCED ... AND ... WHICH HAD.
Perhaps the syntax of this sentence is rather convoluted, but there is no better option, and the parallel marker that you say is absent is in fact present.
