I recently taken GMAT and my score was 620 (42Q, 27V). I need to improve my score in verbal section of the GMAT. I bought the Manhattan GMAT books but still unable to score high on verbal section.

Please tell me about the valid strategies for SC, CR, and RC from your own experiences that can help me to improve the score.

Hi GMAT700:

I urge you to take a look at my GMAT blog (https://beatthegmat.blocked) as well as the sticky posts in the Verbal forum. I think that you will find a lot of strategies there to help you.

Best of luck!

Go to powerscore.com and buy the Sentence correction bible and the Critical Reasoning Bible. It's like nothing you have seen before. Very methodical.

thank you so much whodeani. You're like a sunshine for my life  I was about to cry when I finished my gmat. My verbal score is so poor (Don't ask!) I 'm looking for some ways to improve my verbal part as much as I can. Thank you again!!
