The OA is C
When x > 0, we can start by substituting x = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and solving for |y| in each case. This will give us the corresponding integer values of y that satisfy the equation. When we do this, we find that there are 5 integer pairs (x, y) that satisfy the equation. Therefore, the answer is C. 5
