Let x = the smallest integer
So, x + 1 = the next integer
And x + 2 = the next integer
And x + 3 = the GREATEST integer

The sum of four consecutive integers is 66
We can write: (x) + (x + 1) + (x + 2) + (x + 3) = 66
Simplify: 4x + 6 = 66
Subtract 6 from both sides to get: 4x = 60
Divide both sides by 4 to get: x = 15

Since x + 3 = the GREATEST integer, we know that the greatest integer = 15 + 3 = 18

Answer: E
