Solution:

Since 1 cubic meter = 1,000,000 cubic centimeters and 1 cubic center of the substance weighs 7.3 grams, then 1 cubic meter of the substance weighs 1,000,000 x 7.3 = 7,300,000 grams. Since 1 kilogram = 1,000 grams, then 7,300,000 grams = 7,300,000/1,000 = 7,300 kilograms.

Answer: D
