Let's convert 100,000 seconds into hours.

100,000 seconds = 100,000/3,600 = 27 hours and 47 minues = 1 day 3 hours and 47 minutes

Thus, 1 day 3 hours and 47 minutes from 9:30 p.m., Tuesday = 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, 3 hours and 47 minutes = 00.30 am on Thursday and 47 minutes = 1:17 am on Thursday

The correct answer: D

Hope this helps!
