I'm trying to figure out how many more questions I would need to get right to boost my score from 590 to 630? I understand my score is based on the difficulty of the questions, but generally how difficult would it be to get my score up by 40 points? I feel like on the practice test that I got a 590, I didn't do as well as I should have.
On the Quant. I got the first 7 of 10 questions wrong, which should not have happened (I don't think they were terribly hard, must have just made mistakes). Overall got a 19/37.
Verbal did ok, had a tough RC passage where I think I got 4 questions in a row wrong. Overall though, I'm not too bad in Verbal. Haven't really studied much on it cause I struggle so much in Quant., but in these last few weeks before I take the real GMAT (Aug. 2nd), I'm gonna beef up my Verbal studies. Overall got a 29/41.
Assuming I'm able to comfortably handle most middle/middle-hard questions, how much better do I need to do to boost my score from 590 to 630?
