The OA is D
If you randomly pick four numbers from set \(\{1, 2, 3, 4\}\) without putting back, what's chance of selecting them in the order that goes up? D, which means \(1/24\). This means only one favorable outcome out of 24 possible outcomes, giving us probability of \(1/24\).
