A.x
B.x^-1
C.x^2
D.sq rt x
E.x^3
to find the median one has to arrange the numbers in ascending or descending order and choose the middle one

x^3 will be the least, followed by
x^2 , then by
x
sqrt(x), and
x^-1

so x is the median

A.x
B.x^-1
C.x^2
D.sq rt x
E.x^3
since 0<x<1
x is a fractional no.
property of fractional no is that for a f/r no raised to some power the higher the value of power the lower is the no. and so is the converse
so
x^3<x^2<x<x^0.5<x^-1
hence x is the median
