Lovely Professional University offers MBA, MBA (Hons) and a number of specialised MBA programmes in various specialisations via its Mittal School of Business. The MBA programme offered by LPU is approved by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs. The duration of all the MBA programmes is two years, comprising four semesters/ eight terms. LPU admission to MBA and MBA (Hons) is based on a valid score in LPU NEST/ CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ NMAT, followed by a Personal Interview (PI) round, conducted by the University. If a candidate has an 80 percentile in CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT or a score of 230 in NMAT, then LPU NEST is exempted. The University also conducts LPU NEST, which is a gateway to getting scholarships that students can avail of during their course. Given below is the minimum eligibility criteria of the course along with LPU MBA fees: Total fee: *INR 1.56 lakh to INR 9.6 lakh Eligibility: A pass in bachelor’s degree in any stream or equivalent with a minimum of 55% aggregate (65% aggregate for MBA (with international credit transfer option), subject to qualifying LPU NEST/ CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT, followed by a PI round, or Completed Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), subject to qualifying a PI round. **Relaxation: A total of 5% relaxation on eligibility is granted for North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmiri Migrants A total of 10% relaxation on eligibility is granted for outstanding sportspersons (A/A+ category as per Sports Scholarship), subject to verification from the selection committee of the university - In case an applicant falls in both categories, only one relaxation in the eligibility will be given.
