The basic fee of B.Tech at Lovely Professional University (LPU) is Rs. 1,20,000 per semester. At LPU the fee is as per the caliber of the student. It varies with the student’s score and achievements in the previous academic record as well as their performance in LPUNEST. Lovely Professional University strongly believes in the fact that monetary constraints should not be an obstacle for a student to have access to quality education. So, the University extends Scholarship Scheme which is an initiative by the University to cultivate the talent of students that may be hidden due to financial constraints. Scholarship can be availed in all the Programmes of the University, ranging from Diploma to Ph.D. Apart from the scholarship schemes, The scholarship is offered in all the programmes in order to provide financial benefit to bright and deserving students. During the last year, LPU has granted scholarships worth INR 100+ crores to students (maximum up to 6 lacs per student) to pursue their education. The scholarship percentage varies programme-wise as per the students' scores. LPU also offers financial aid to the students belonging to underprivileged students like orphans, persons with disability etc. or some specific groups like Wards of Defence personnel etc.Lovely Professional University launched LPUNEST Study Grant to benefit any deserving candidate from across the country who needs financial support for getting higher education. Under ‘LPUNEST Study Grant’ initiative students can avail financial assistance to study at higher education institutions other than LPU. Any deserving candidate who Qualifies LPUNEST exam can get a study grant of Rs.1 Lac for study education institutions like IITs/ NITs/ IIMs/ NLUs/ IHMs/ NIDs/ IITs (DoD/ IDC)/ IIITDM/ NIFTs or can get admission to LPU programmes and avail scholarship of upto Rs.6 Lac. LPU ranked 50th in Engineering stream , as per Ministry of education government of of India, amongst private& government universities under NIRF.
Dear candidate , the university offers B.tech CSE programme . This programme gives its graduates a competitive edge through robust curriculum and hands-on learning in niche technologies to develop competence which caters to the requirements of the industry. It primarily deals with the development and designing of computer software and hardware processes with strong focus on algorithms, programming languages, program design etc. Its an industry immersion course which enable the students to keep pace with changing technological advances, the university has industrial tie-ups with various industries. Studying these courses as a part of the curriculum would provide a WILD CARD entry to industry. The eligibility of programme is - Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST*. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium or an equivalent subject.

The programme fees per semester is 140000 INR , without any scholarship . You need to qualify LPUNEST entrance test , in which you will get scholarship of up to 30% that will remain applicable till the duration of course .

Apply basic knowledge in the areas such as Software Engineering, Networking amp Security, Database Management Systems, Intelligent Systems, Operating Systems and System Architecture for building Software products.
Attain the ability to design and develop software based systems, evaluate and recognize potential risks and provide creative, economical and optimal solutions. Provide effective and efficient real time solutions using attained knowledge in inter-disciplinary domains for societal benefits through projects.
Ability to adapt future technologies through acquired skills and knowledge to ideate, design, test and deploy solutions for different business environments.
