...and searched for this problem solving question on the site, but I could not find it. If it has already been solved and I overlooked it, please forgive me!

4 men and 3 women total at a company.
Company is forming a 4-person task force.
How many different ways can there be a task force with 2 men and 2 women?
14, 18, 35, 56, 144

I know this is a combinations problem, but apparently my math was incorrect because I did not get one of the answer choices. Please help! Thanks so much!
