Hi all,

Can someone evaluate my profile for MBA applications.

GMAT 720 (Maths - 50) ( Verbal - 37)

Graduation - 8.61/10 CGPA from one of the top Colleges of India.(NITK Surathkal)

12th (HSC) - 93.2%
10th (SSC) - 93.2%

Work Experience - 26 months as Applications Developer at Oracle.

Before joining Oracle I had done two internships during college.

1- We worked on ethnographic studies and developed approaches to create environmental awareness among youth. The project was presented to the government authorities to fund such initiatives in Major cities in India.
2- I worked with a major firm and helped them develop software for managing operations and resources.

Major highlights of my profile.

1- I was the School Captain during final year of school. I was also the House captain in the previous years.
2- I was the Convener of Professional and Academic Counsel ( A student society in my University).
3- Part of College Cricket Team and selected to represent the district in State level School Cricket Tournaments. Also played football for under 14 school team and represented school in district tournaments.
4- Executive Member of ISTE ( Indian Society for Technical Education) and Management Forum, two student societies in my University. I was also an active member of the publicity committee of the technical festival of my college, the fest was rated among top 5 tech-fests in India.
5- I have regularly helped students from my school with their exam preparations or career guidance by conducting workshops or individually mentoring few of them during past 4-5 years.
6- I am very passionate about sports and I maintain a blog on football and related topics (link - https://racnishufootballopinion.blogspot.in/).
Few of my articles have been published by a website and I have received good responses (https://www.sportskeeda.com/profile/rachit-kulshrestha/).
7- Inline with my interest in sports, I have done private research and analysis on sports related data and statistics using neural network concepts. I can support my results with real time data.
I am interested in working on technologies related with sports and positively feel I should direct my goal towards it.

I feel I lack direction in my career to transform my interests in to profitable outcomes.

Can someone guide me in how I should approach my application and where all should I apply.

What are the things that I need to work on in the next year to improve my chances of getting a good college.
