The best advice I can give is to get ahold of some prep materials ( I like the "official" prep software from GMAC) and work on your own while you also enroll in a prep course if you have access. Prep courses are well worth the money because good ones (like Veritas for example) guarantee results and are taught by folks who are good at explaining things and have also personally scored in the 99th percentile on the test themselves. good luck.
