As per their website it says;
Tuition $49,074
Room and Board 14,910
Books and Supplies 1,647
Travel 1,266
Personal 3,060
Health Insurance 2,360
Computer Equipment* 1,800
Loan Fees 1,077
Total (First year budget) $75,194
*first year only

I could not understand if $75,194 is for one year of includes both years fees? (as it as condition below saying *first year only)
Can some student can clarify me the same?

That's 75.000 for one year (every aspect). You pay tuition per year, so that's 49.000 annually!

So what I understand is $(75194-1800) i.e $73394(per year) * 2(as it is 2 year course) = $146788 + $1800(one time, only 1st year) = $148588 (for total 2 years). Am i correct?

yes. that's about right. But there may also been other expenses in the 2nd year e.g. travel expenses which will definitely be high in the 2nd year
