Can someone explain, the email says the directions are under tge winners tab, but I don't see them. If anybody knows that would be great!

may be easiest will be go to winners page an click redeem button and wait for an email...
it took 2-3 days in my case for username and password of pratice to arrive....
i have not got anything about $14 book....from first week....and i have not bothered to mail either....
so may be you can click redeem from winners page and wait for an email
