We are living in an era which is surrounded, supported and depended heavily on technology. Some of the great product of technology includes invention of movies and television. As we all know that every coin has two sides, positive and negative, and we can prove either side by giving examples and data. Movie and television are not an exception here. They do affect people's behavior in both the way. I would like to quote few examples to show both of its effect on people's behavior.

First of all, movies and television are great medium for artist to demonstrate their talent all over the world. Television sets are the great source to get news which is happening around the world. Moreover it is one the best way for people to get entertain. People like to spend time in watching movies and they feel relaxed. Children can gain and learn lots of useful information from the channels like Discovery, Fox History etc. There are huge numbers of positive benefits of movies and channels that affect positively on person's behavior.

Although apart from positive affect they do have affect negatively on person's behavior. Let me take few examples here. Now a day, children are spending more and more time in watching television and movies instead of playing outdoor sports. This leads disease like obesity, increase in eye number and many other health related disease. Though we all know that Television and Movies reflect the society, many times its not the true case. It is becoming easy source for criminal to learn and apply new tricks and tactics for robbery, murder and other criminal activities. Children can get easily access to porn material. So this system do affect negatively on people's behaviors. There is no doubt about it.


To Sum up, two opinions always exist to support and oppose and this medium is not an exception.
