(B) all the Communist party conference's Moscow proceedings were not carried live
(C) all the Communist party conference Moscow proceedings have not been carried alive
(D) not all the Communist party conference Moscow proceedings have been carried alive
(E) not all the proceedings of the Communist party conference held in Moscow were carried live

Could you please elaborate why D is wrong?I disagree when you say it's wordy.

Moreover if it was E, then "were carried live" should end with "had seena great deal of coverage" right?

Proceedings of the Communist party conference in E is clear, just fix D to the question and have a look. It is not clear. ambiguous!! -- Eliminate

Shouldn't D and E start with "all of the"?
