How to keep your level in all the sections of the exam?

Hi!, please your help with this situation:

How to keep your level in all the areas of the GMAT? Let me exaplain: when I have to improve certain area in the GMAT, for instance combinatronics, I have to focus in that area and stop practicing other areas such as number properties or SC. This happens because constraints of time.

The consequence is that, after improving in the area in which I have focused on, my level or knowledge in other areas probably has decreased because I stopped practicing those other areas.

I don't know whether you have had the same problem and how you solved it.
Thanks!

Many students face this issue. The best way to deal with it is to remember that studying is a balance between technique, specifics and the big picture. You need to maintain a vision of all three things at least weekly. meaning you need to review and work on each of the things at least one time per week.

Thus if you are working on cominatrics as a specific topic then you also need to either work on a complete math section or do some verbal during the week as well If your time is very constrained then I would recommend working on one specific topic - a general math section and a general verbal section every week.

In addition, if you find that you forget things that you have learned in the past then you need to systemize the approach and when you have finalized how you approach the problems create a study sheet that is 1/2 to 1 page long - keep all of those together and review the entire set of study sheets consistently.
