How to improve on verbal score.

I though I was reasonably okay at Verbal if not good, but 29% has left me feeling very low on confidence. what can I do to improve?

Me the same... I've got 430 on my gmat today. Sad... I thought that I am very weak in Math, so I paid a lot of attention on it. Also, during my verbal practices I did well but on real gmat I've got 37 in Quants and 6 in Verbal.
Happily these was like practice exam. Hope I will perform better...
