If you were Ferris Bueller, this essay would be so easy for you.

What they're trying to get an understanding of is how would you spend your day? They're trying to learn a little about your personality. Would you go for a morning jog then spend the day in the park? Would you hit the museums with some friends? Would you catch up on work? Would you crash a city wide parade? (That was a Bueller reference)

This is a great essay in which to show some personality and let them know who you are when you aren't working. Take advantage of it. Make it interested but honest! If you would go read a book in the park all day, that's fine. There's no wrong answer but there are some boring ones
