If you keep retaking the 2 official GMATPrep practice tests, you will see some (but not many) repeated questions the second time you take each test. With each subsequent test, you'll see more repeated questions.

For what it's worth -- I'd suggest that you spend some time developing a study plan before you just start jumping into completing hundreds upon hundreds of questions. The GMAT is a test that can really cause you to think about where you want to invest your time and study efforts -- best to invest your most limited resource (time) in the places where you will get the biggest bang for your buck, so to speak.
