How many multiples of 7 are there between 700 and 1000, inclusive?

A. 43
B. 42
C. 22
D. 21
E. 20
1000/7 ≈ 142
Thus:
Greatest multiple of 7 in the set = 142*7
Since the smallest value = 100*7, while the greatest value = 142*7,
the count is equal to the number of integers between 100 and 142, inclusive.

For any set of consecutive integers:
TOTAL NUMBER OF INTEGERS = BIGGEST - SMALLEST + 1
Thus we get:
142 - 100 + 1 = 43

The correct answer is A.
