I just wonder about the importance of Years of Working Experience (YoWE).
Given that I have slightly over average GMAT say +10 from average.
Much lower average GPA....I got 2.61 from Asian university.
I think the GPA thing should be solved by the GMAT if I get 650++ or 700++, right?
But I have only 2-3 YoWE, while the school I want is 4-5 years.
Is it that bad to have less than average YoWE?
Please give me adivce especially about what I can do other than work more to get the average YoWE.
