My university operates on a 5.0 CAP (Cumulative Average Point) system. How do I convert my CAP score into a score based on a 4.0 GPA? Is it a simple ratio conversion exercse?

(I'm from National University of Singapore, with a 2nd Lower Hons, or 3.75 CAP score out of 5.0)

I have a similar query. I have a 10 point CGPA system here in India. How do I know the corresponding GPA on the scale of 4. Even approximate info would do.
