D is wrong because,
1- "No way" is definite and too strong. Have we absolutely proved that this machine couldn't perform such differentiation? No we haven't, so eliminate it.
2- Additionally, this is out of scope. What has been said in the statement for us to infer this? I'm not finding much...eliminate it.
