order of checking is: 1.grammar,2. meaning (meaning logic and change of original meaning" 3. style (consiseness)

lets check grammar

"doing this" is wrong. "doing so" is correct

check parallelism

i agree b is the best but increasing funding seemed a bit awkward to me... is it really awkward ??
