Option A: Wrong
This statement is clearly non-defining, misdirectional and confusing because id does not offer substantial evidence to show cause why it should be a legitimate point of mention in the choices available.

Option B: Wrong
The sentence construction is sub par in meaning with a multidimensional meaning to yet a straightforward question. There's just one thing responsible, punctuation defects.

Option C: Wrong
This statement is grammatically inconsistent as it lacks direction and specificity. Too many lumped up words to form an incoherent sentence.

Option D: Wrong
Here, two head-words are perceived to be clashing with each other contextually and it offers no desired meaning to the subject at hand. Too many punctuated spacing's.

Option E: Right
This is well punctuated, articulated and comprehensible. It is the option that appropriately and brilliantly captured the mind of the writer about the particular write-up.
