Hi
I am a medical school graduate from india who is also ECFMG certified in USA.
I am planning to do MBA in healthcare.
I also heard of other degrees offered in USA such as masters in health administration as well as masters in healthcare administration.
I would like to know which of the above three degrees mentioned has better prospects.
I would like to know how to find out the schools offering MBA in healthcare in USA.I have a query regarding the requirements for admission to the healthcare MBA , do i need GMAT for this degree too just like other mba degrees?
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR TIME AND ADVICE.

Hi docxyz,

Yes, you need to take the GMAT for an MBA in healthcare. Healthcare is simply a concentration of an MBA program, so you will be doing mostly MBA coursework with a class or two specifically on healthcare management.

We focus on helping people who are applying for MBA programs on the application process and strategy, and my expertise does not extend to other types of masters degrees. The decision of which program you should apply to is mostly about what you plan to do with the degree. If you have a career goal in mind, it should be straightforward to research the right program to fit that goal.

Good luck!
