Dear manideep_shrivastava,

I think you are a competitive applicant for your target schools and commend you for your mix of schools on your list. All of them will provide the education and resources necessary to achieve your career goals. I do not see any potential weaknesses for you based on the profile posted. The main thing to focus on is distinguishing your application from those with similar profiles through your essays, recommendations and interviews. Keep your description of your professional experience on your resume centered around your managerial skills and less focus on your technical skills. Likewise, use your extracurricular activities to your advantage as these can help to make you a memorable applicant in a positive way.

Best of luck,
Lisa
