We know that n is a perfect square between 3 and 99. Let's start by quickly jotting down the possibilities:

4, 9, 16, 25, 36, 49, 64, 81

(1) n is even: could be 4, 16, 36 or 64... insufficient.

(2) the cube root of n is an integer: on our list, only 64 is also a perfect cube... sufficient.

(2) is suff, (1) is insuff.. choose (b).
