Stmt 1 tells us that 34 members came from countries 1-5
you could have
4 6 7 8 9
OR
1 4 8 10 11
Insufficient
Stmt 2 tells us that A sent 11 or fewer reps. You could construct many combinations w A having more or less than 10 reps. It all depends on the country w the largest number of reps
Insufficient
Combined
See my example for stmt 1. It is valid when you combine both statements as well. Hence there cannot be a definite answer to the question whether country A sent more or fewer than 10 reps.

From the question:
A+B+C+D+E+F = 75
Any Other - A > 0
Is A > 10?
From (1)
75 - 41 = 34. There can be many combinations. Therefore insufficient.
From (2)
A could be 11,10,9. Therefore insufficient.
Combining them would give us:
a) A is the second greatest after 41.
Assuming A is 11 then remaining reps = 34-11 = 23.
Assuming A is 10 then remaining reps = 34-10 = 24
Assuming A is 9 then remaining reps = 34-9 = 25.
23,24,25 can be obtained with the remaining countries with the greatest amonst them being 10,9,8
Therefore answer should be (E). Hopefully I was clear...
