Guys I took two 2007 version Kaplan Tests, and my score, quite literally was worse than I could even imagine. I got a 550 in one! And the verbal was just way too confusing. But in both tests, I've done quite worse in Quant. I got a 40 in first, and a 35 in the second! Got about 13 questions wrong on each test, and many questions seems way too difficult (dont think a 550 guy would even see those questions). The overall test never became that easy, and the stress resulted in 4-5 silly mistakes too! Does anyone remember if the older Kaplan tests usually give you lower scores (as low as less than 600)?

I'm absolutely broke now, should I start giving the GmatPrep Tests? Is it normal to have such low caliber results in prep test?

I gave the PowerPrep (older version for ETS) tests, and scored a 730 (Q49/V41) - although most questions were from the OG, so dont know if that would help. Dont have new kaplan books in my country, can you suggest anything? Also thinking of giving the free PrincetonReview test. Just a note, I'm giving a lot of tests on a regular basis, any reason that could actually get my score lower? For example, I gave the Kaplan Test just the day after I gave the PowerPrep.

have practiced gmat for 3 months now, OG-11/12 completely. my performance in those books aren't this bad!
