Hi,

Sorry in advance if my question is a stupid one but I really wasnt able to figure out the answer.

1. Someone please let me know if I am studying the Official Guide of GMAT, even then if studying the official guides for quant and verbal is required separately. I was going to purchase Official guide and hence have this question in mind whether to purchase other two too?

2. There are 2 official guides available on flipkart with titles "The Official Guide for GMAT Review 2015" :

https://www.flipkart.com/official-guide- ... 3f4def5cb9

and "The Official Guide for GMAT Review (With CD ROM) (English) 13th Edition" https://www.flipkart.com/official-guide- ... 3f4def5cb9

I know 13th is the latest edition but then what is this review 2015 book. Could someone please check the links and let me know which one to go for.

Thanks a lot!

The 2015 is the newest book. Honestly, not terribly different from the 13th edition.

First of all the 2015 edition of the Official Guide is IDENTICAL to the Official Guide 13th edition, except the 2015 edition also gives students online access to questions found in the 13th edition.

Likewise, the 2015 edition of the Verbal-only guide and the 2015 edition of the Quant-only guide are identical to the 2nd editions of the Verbal-only guide and Quant-only guide, except the 2015 editions also give students online access to the questions.

The Official Guide (2015 edition and 13th edition) has 900 practice questions, which is sufficient for many students. The Verbal-only guide and the Quant-only guide provide additional practice.

Cheers,
Brent

Thanks a lot Jim and Brent for the clarification.
As I anyhow have to go for a new one, I think 2015 would be a better option.
Thanks again!!
