Well you should not necessarily be concerned because the school is in Oregon. It's a beautiful place. But you should be willing to work in the region. And 85% hired is pretty good (could be a wee bit better, but still, pretty good). I can't tell you whether you should go there or not as that is a decision you gotta take for yourself dude, you know thinking about all things private and professional, but if that's your best option, then it seems like a good one.
