Help! how to improve the SC section?

I had completed the OG11 a couple of months ago and now working with the OG10. I knew my weakness is on SC so I am working on the SC questions for the first time in the OG10. I am using the worksheet to mark down my errors and doing 40 at a time. However after 200 questions, my score has always been around 25/40. I can't seems to improve. When I read a question sometimes I am still not able to pick out what is wrong in the original sentence at the first read.

Any tips?

You need to work on your grammar skills/knowledge (that would be my guess, anyway). Forget about GMAT for a bit and focus on the fundamentals. Get a good grammar guide (I have Grammar Smart and would recommend it) and learn the grammar rules that are the basis for GMAT SC questions. You also might want to get a GMAT verbal workbook for more targeted practice than OG, which doesn't have any strategy.
