I am an Account Manager at a top bank in Canada in commercial banking
Portfolio of about 60 borrowing accounts
4 years full time exp, 3 years in commercial bank

GPA 3.7 out of 4 in business program undergrad completed at York University

I am very disappointed in my GMAT scores
1st attempt: 490 (39Q - 18V)
2nd: 500 (42Q - 19V)

I graduated in english and verbal seems to be an issue. What are my chances? I plan to apply to HEC montreal full time, 4th round.
I plan to re-take this gmat.
