1st of all you have put the question in wrong catagory. It should go to PS, not DS.
Anyways,
Use Simple Set formula:
S = A + B - (A and B)
Here Total number of People = S = 50
No of ppl with heart problem = A = 20%S = 10
No of ppl with heavy BP = B
No of ppl with both problems = (A and B) = 8%S = 4
1) Number of ppl with heart problem, but without any heavy BP:
A - (A and B) = 10 - 4 = 6
2) Number of people with heavy BP:
=> 50 = 10 + B - 4
=> B = 44
Hope it helps

People with both heart problem and heavy blood pressure = 8% of 50 = 0.08 * 50 = 4
The following venn diagram represents this:
Therefore, people with heart problems but don't have heavy blood pressure = 6
