I'd go for E. It's not the lower magnesium that makes people sick, it's the fact that they're sick and therefore using medication that makes their Mg levels drop. It's a case of cause vs. effect.

Should be E.
Its a causal reasoning question.
Argument states that A causes B. Answer choice which can reverse it, that is B causes A is the one which will undermine the conclusion.
