Healthcare workers

Like other healthcare workers, the insurance rates charged dentists have skyrocketed in recent years.

(A)
(B)LIke with other healthcare workers, insurance of dentists
(C)As with healthcare workers, dentists' insurance rates
(D) As with the insurance of other healthcare workers, dentists
(E)Like those charged other healthcare workers, dentists' insurance rates

OA:E

This question is from a kaplan test. The OE given by kaplan is worse than
those given by OG. I am not sure they are given to confuse students or to help them.
Moreover, these questions are not even found in any major forumns.

My question is whether option E is grammatically correct ? Shouldn't
there be a preposition such as like those charged for other healthcare workers,.... ?
Are there any Kaplan instructors here ? Can you please explain the answers?

Thanks,
TOPGMAT

Like other health-care workers, the insurance rates charged dentists have skyrocketed in recent years.

(A)
(B)Like with other health care workers, insurance of dentists- wrong comparison
(C)As with health-care workers, dentists' insurance rates
(D)As with the insurance of other health-care workers, dentists

(E)Like those charged other health-care workers, dentists' insurance rates

Like is used to express similarity. It is normally used to show similarity between two nouns
As on the other hand would normally compare two clauses and not two nouns.
